Diane Glynn, J.D., RN / Practice Specialist / 785-296-8401

Diane Glynn received her BS degree (emphasis in Nursing) from Washburn University in 1980.  She received her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 1985.  She has practiced nursing in both rural and urban hospital settings. She has practiced law as a solo practitioner, an associate in a private firm and for the State of Kansas as an Assistant Attorney General under Robert T. Stephan. She held an appointment as a Special Assistant Attorney General under Carla J. Stovall.  Her current position is as the Practice Specialist for the Board of Nursing.  She has held this position since September of 1991.  She is responsible for answering questions for individuals and agencies/facilities, providing staff support to the Practice and Investigative Committees of the Board and supervising the Legal Division of the Agency.
